Introduction
This manual is published in accordance with the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2 of 2000 (“PAIA”).
The purpose of this manual is to provide information regarding the records held by Royal Funerals and to explain how requests for access to information may be submitted.

Royal Funerals may hold records relating to company registration documents, governance records, policies and procedures, customer records, claims records, financial records, human resources records, marketing materials, agreements, contracts and website information.
Requests for Information
Requests for access to information may be submitted in writing in accordance with the requirements of PAIA.
Royal Funerals will consider all requests in accordance with applicable legislation and may grant or refuse access where permitted by law.
Fees and Response Times
Any applicable fees and response periods shall be administered in accordance with PAIA and any regulations issued thereunder.
